Lifeguards (starting $12/hr)
Possess a current and valid Lifeguard Training certification from a national accredited agency
Possess a current and valid First Aid and CPR/AED certification from a national accredited agency
Pass fingerprinting and criminal background check
Pass evaluation by the Aquatic Manager
Swimming Instructors (starting $14/hr)
Swimming experience required
Experience working with children (6 months to 14 years) in an instructional setting also prefered
Possess current American Red Cross First Aid and CPR/AED certifications or able to do so within 6 months of employment
Pass fingerprinting and criminal background check
Attend classroom training sessions and in-water training sessions
Pass evaluation by the Head Coaches after the training sessions
